Everything you ever wanted to know about us
Nato & Ronel
We have both been born and bred in South Africa. We grew up in the Eastern Cape and have lived in Paarl before coming to Holland in 1998. Nato's work in the IT brought us to Amersfoort back in 1998. We wanted to experience Europe for a few years…then a few has become many!
Ronel
Ronel has been working fulltime at Die Spens from the first day we opened back in 2005. She is the manager, bookkeeper, purchaser, mail clerk, cleaning lady and everything in between.
Nato
Nato use to work full-time at IBM and parttime at Die Spens on weekends. Now he has retired from IT and works full-time at the shop along side his wife.
Our daughter Natalie
Our youngest daughter briefly returned home after years of travelling. Her timing couldn't have been better as we needed the extra pair of hands.
